Brazil Nuts
Brazil Nuts are the seeds of an enormous evergreen tree (Bertholletia excelsa) which grows in the western Amazonian rainforest (between Brazil, Bolivia, Peru).
Brazil Nuts are a big source of selenium which is a powerful antioxidant and they have the highest fat content between nuts. They’re very rich in omega-3 fatty acid content and a good source of protein, minerals (calcium, copper, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium and zinc), vitamin B1 (also known as thiamine), vitamin B3 (also known as niacin), antioxidant vitamin E.
